  • 500 g FODMAPPED Roasted Pumpkin + Hint of Sage Soup 500g = 1 pack

Instructions
  1. Open the FODMAPPED Roasted Pumpkin soup pouch and pour contents into a medium saucepan. Heat over med/high heat, giving it a regular stir until warmed to your liking - be sure not to allow the soup to boil.
  2. Pour into a bowl and enjoy!
Recipe Notes
Alternatively heat in the microwave by first pouring the soup into a microwave safe container. Cover and heat on med/high for 2-3 minutes or until heated through. Remove carefully and stir to ensure it has warmed evenly, pour into a bowl and enjoy!  Please note the FODMAPPED pouch cannot go in the microwave.
