  • 500 g FODMAPPED Roast Pumpkin, Spinach + Feta Risotto 500g = 1 pack

Instructions
Microwave
  1. Squeeze pouch before heating, tear top corner of pouch open to 2cm. Heat upright in microwave on high for 3 minutes.
  2. Tear open, remove carefully and stir with a fork to separate and ensure it has warmed evenly, pour into a bowl and enjoy!

    (Instructions based on 1000W microwave. Appliances vary considerably, please adjust cooking times accordingly. Be careful the contents will be hot.)

Stove Top
  1. Open pouch, pour risotto into a small, warm, non-stick pan over a low heat. Add 2-3 teaspoons of warm water.
  2. Warm through for 3 minutes on a medium heat, continuously stirring. Pour into a bowl and enjoy!
